Knud Holscher, 1975
This salad servers, which are made of deformed stainless steel wire, were designed by Prof. Knud Holscher in 1975 and also manufactured in Denmark for several years. A couple is in the collection of the Museum of Modern Art, New York.

Knud Holscher was born in 1930. After graduating from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in 1957, he worked at Arne Jacobsen’s renowned architectural office from 1960 to 1967, assuming responsibility for various properties around Europe.
